10 things you can't do (or that are really hard to do) when you have back pain

I used to get back pain a lot more frequently. Now, I'm in better shape through stretching. I also do less strenuous stuff lol.

    1. Ice Skating/Roller Blading

    2. get up out of a chair

    3. sit down in a chair

    4. lift heavy things

    5. lift light things

    6. drive a stick shift car (with a clutch pedal)

    I ended up selling my last one for this reason.

    7. snow shoveling

    It's probably how you hurt yourself in the first place!

    8. Put on socks or tie your shoes

    9. Swing a baseball bat.

    10. get out of bed
