    1. Memory Retention

    Retrieving memory by association can make things slow and difficult to recall. We have built elaborate systems to help us remember, like notebooks, spreadsheets, and databases. Then we built another layer of complexity to manage these systems: indexing, searches and relationships.

    2. Comprehension

    Abstract concepts are hard to comprehend, perhaps because the writing is dense (big words, complex concepts, etc.). The easy answer is to simplify everything and there are AI tools that can help us do this. But it would be nice to have this built-in.

    3. Self Diagnostics

    If there is something that goes bad with our bodies, we have to go see the doctor. It would be nice to know what is wrong with us like a computer does.

    4. Math Coprocessor

    Being able to do math faster in our heads and solve complex equations would help us better navigate the world of probabilities and improve our decision-making abilities.

    5. Control hair and nail growth

    I have to trim my nails frequently and get a haircut every month. I would like to control this ability rather than pay for it with my time and money.

    6. Processing Speed

    Too much information and too slow processing Speed Improving our mind's processing speed could help us to think more quickly on our feet, be less forgetful, and make better decisions. Increasing our processing speed is a matter of improving the efficiency of the neural pathways in our brain processing time.

    7. Infravision and Binocular Vision

    Infravision is the ability to see in low-light conditions, and binocular vision is the ability for us to see far-off objects at a distance.

    8. Learning

    In the matrix, the protagonist Neo could download a combat program and learn Kung Fu in seconds. It's a fictional example but does underscore our limitation in learning content fast.

    But learning is slow because it requires comprehension, memory retention and internalization.

    9. Meditation to let us control our internal functions

    Meditation, I found, has helped me reduce stress and slow my heart rate. But what if we could use it to decrease hunger or other functions like buff our intelligence or concentration for an hour.

    10. Improved Healing Factor

    There are seemingly a hundred ways to die: disease, external threats, radiation, heat, cold, etc. If we had improved healing factors, we could prolong our life
