How I lost 90lbs and have kept it off.
These are the methods I used to lose weight and keep it off for 4 years.

1. EODD Year one
Every other day diet. I hate counting calories/macros/etc.
500 calories one day
However/whatever you want the day after. K.I.S.S
2. Water + Glycerin Yr 2
Completed 5, 5 day water fast and consuming glycerin days 2-5.
Glycerin staves off muscle loss and supplies energy.
*Can order ProLon meal kit, same/better effects. Plus still consuming food.

3. Kettlebell
Again complicated workouts never. . .work out for me.
3-5 days a week I would do one arm clean and jerks.
°5left 5right until 20
°60-100 reps depending on feel/injury/lethargy etc.
It's boring but only 15-25 min including warmup.
* One min jumping jacks warm up
* Form MUST be on point when lifting kettlebells
* Can do other exercises. Swings, double bells ect.
* Best bang for my buck and only needing two pieces of equipment.

4. Spaced out meals
*after working out I wait 30 min before consuming food after a 16 -18hr night fast (most days).
Then I'll have lunch around 1pm - 2pm. Then no food/snacks until dinner 8-9pm. I try to eat Wholefoods probably 60% of the time.
° fasting helps body reactivate using fat stores which feeds into not being irritable/hungry w/o a snack every 3hrs. And keeps fat cycled
5. Glycerin Drink Ratio
