10 Ways Life Would Be Better If I Never Used A Smartphone Again

    1. I would have far greater focus on whatever I'm doing.

    2. I wouldn't feel the constant need to check in.

    3. The endless barrage of notifications would come to an end.

    4. I would notice more of my surroundings.

    5. I would have a lower chance of getting cancer from my phone.

    6. I would engage in more conversations with people around me.

    7. I would be better at using a physical map, remembering how to get places, and would have less reliance on GPS.

    8. My general mood and stress levels would improve.

    9. I would care far less about all of those critical metrics that our phones track, such as sleep, steps, and calories burned.

    10. I would get better at taking notes with pen and paper.
