    11. Be Less Angry - that would be real growth lately.

    I'm acutely aware that I seem to spend way too much time and energy being angry these days. Sometimes it is just a low simmer. It can occasionally become volcanic. While I am trying to be very intentional about catching and diverting these eruptions, I need to do more. This list seems like a great recipe to at least get pointed in the right direction.
