1. Write 10 ideas everyday - NO MISS
2. Eat meals with different/new taste
3. Block time to "diffuse mode"
· We all access this mode quite naturally when we do things like go for a walk or take a shower or even just drift off to sleep. To let things, settle back and take a bit more time. That way more neural processing can take place, often below conscious awareness in the diffuse mode.

Proactively engage/listen to people you disagree with.
6. Travel to new places on your next vacation.
7. Mingle and meet new people.
