    1. Load up a backpack and ruck while mowing your lawn

    2. Same as above but just go for a walk in the woods

    3. Find a small hill and walk or jog up and down it

    4. Yoga is a surprisingly awesome cardio workout

    5. Do some stairs walking or intermittent sprints/walking

    6. Get a heavy box and carry it around your block a couple times

    7. Help your friend move (not recommended)

    8. Climb a tree (really hard if you haven’t done this since you were a kid)

    9. Good old fashioned push-ups

    10. Take your kid for a stroller walk but go a little faster than normal
