10 ways to get over 'writer's block'
Though many would argue there's no such thing as writer's block (i.e., Seth Godin)
1. Take a dump
This is what I've heard from James Altucher - before he writes, he 'unblocks' his digestive system.
2. Leave an unfinished thought or sentence for the next day
3. Pretend you know what you are going to write about next
4. Journal about your thoughts
Not directly related perhaps to what you are writing about but if you can build the momentum, it may carry over into your writing project
5. Read and research before writing
6. Review your outline
What were you planning to write about? You do have an outline right?
7. Use ChatGPT to help
8. Stop and come up with 10 ideas you can write about
Bonus - you can post it on notepd.com
9. Take a nap
10. Don't write, experience something first.
The best writers have real-life experience they draw on for material
