4. Allow seats to recline without infringing on the person behind.
5. 2-3x more doors for boarding & deplaning.
6. Permit boarding 30-60 minutes earlier.
7. Increase the amount of space underneath the seat for more storage.
8. Incentivize boarding earlier or at a specific time slot.
9. Make the drink holders much deeper.
