10 Ways to Lose Weight

    1. Use your imagination to see yourself healthy in your future.

    2. Use your mouth to declare what God says about you; something like, "With God, all things are possible, even losing weight."

    3. Decide in advance that you can be happy at your current weight and build on that foundation.

    4. Think about and Clarify your "Destiny Weight", that weight at which your body was designed to carry.

    5. Set your "Destiny Weight" goal, no matter how impossible it seems, and keep aiming for that.

    6. Tweak. Tweak. Tweak. Set small goals for a month, like "Stop using products with High Fructose Corn Syrup" and then clean out fridge/pantry, read labels and figure out how to adjust.

    7. Don't try to hate or shame yourself into weight loss.

    8. Don't use your imagination to see yourself as never losing weight, not sticking to your healthy protocols and/or not reaching your Destiny Weight.

    9. When you catch yourself saying/thinking, "I will never lose weight!" stop and capture that thought and make a decision to choose a more useful thought.

    10. Remember that we will be healthiest in our bodies when we are healthiest in our minds/emotions and within our spirits so be sure to do the Right Hard Work of The Thought Work.
