10 Ways to Lose Weight
In the first 40 years of my life I was never overweight. However, a few years ago my weight exceeded 87 kg and I wanted to lose some of it. I'm about 83kg now - so I guess I'm entitled to share some weight loss tips. ;)
1. Eat smaller portions
2. Walk everywhere
3. Training
4. Fasting
One day a week?
5. Avoid soft drinks
6. Learn to cook
7. Use less sugar
8. Avoid fast food
9. Avoid eating out
Cook at home instead.
10. Be patient
It takes a while to change some habits and see the results.
