10 Ways to Lose Weight

This is 10 more ways to lose weight! I have lost 95 pounds and I've kept it off.

    1. Eliminate the use of any sauces with calories in it. This could be ranch dressing or creamer in your coffee. Substitute for 0 cal dips like Sriracha sauce and black coffee.

    2. Redefine your idea of a meal. You may not even need to define a meal at all, just eat when you’re hungry. For example it is OK to have an apple and call it lunch

    3. Buy fruit and vegetables fresh and ready to eat without any preparation necessary. This makes a handful of berries or an apple your best choice for a quick bite.

    4. Experiment with fasting and see how long you can go without food. People have survived for up to a year without any solid food. I don’t recommend this But you can learn that you don’t need to eat every few hours while you’re awake.

    5. If you prepare food for yourself take out a storage bowl and serve the storage bowl at the same time that you serve yourself and then put it away for later

    6. Stay busy during the day. If you are trying to fast through lunchtime schedule a walk or errand during that time

    7. If you like coffee, drink more of it. It stimulates you and has no calories and it is almost impossible to overdo it.

    8. Realize that as you’re not eating throughout the day you may have feared that you will run out of energy but you will find that the opposite is true: you will have much more energy throughout the day if you don’t eat

    9. Join a program with a support group like Noom

    10. Weigh yourself every day to be sure that you are still on track
