10 clients paying $10000 / month? I'm sure some types of businesses can pull that off. What sort of business could charge this sort of money?

On a $3 book, I think you keep $2. That would be $3000 per day.

Charge $500 per person for a one or two-day workshop. It could be for 10, 20, or maybe even 30 people. Do it every few days. Let's say you only do one week-end per week, you'd need 50 participants to make $25,000 per week, therefore $100,000 per month. Ambitious, but it gets easier if you do it more than once a week. Still hard to pull off, since you need to spread the word and have enough people willing to pay for it, and of course you need a valuable expertise (and is it the kind of expertise that people will pay $500 for? or $5?), but you can also record everything and turn it into an online course, which could in theory be sold to tons of people every day. Additionally, there could be other ways to benefit from the workshop tour, such as getting new leads.

10,000 people subscribing for $10 / month, or 1000 people subscribing for $100 / month if you offer something of really high value. I guess that would be one of those masterminds, or a community related to investing and whatnot, I don't know. Or something related to sex, of course.

Collaborate with hostels, hotels, tourist offices and other organizations to be your affiliates. If it's a product rather than a service, this might be achievable by doing it in a bunch of different cities.
