Don't try to work all day without taking any breaks. Get up and move around every few hours, or take a few minutes to relax and clear your mind.4. Eliminate distractions
Turn off your phone, close your door, and focus on the task at hand.5. Time yourself
Set a timer for each task, and see how long it really takes you to complete it.
