10+:Self discipline stealers
These rob me of self discipline as highlighted by Ed MylettÂ
1. Late night screen time just go down the rabbit hole
2. Letting my thoughts over complicate my thinking
3. Poor eating choices such as late at night and eating and buying crap food
4. Not properly cycling my energy levels
5. No walking the dog at night instead letting it out in the garden
6. Not scheduling the tasks that matter
7. Ignoring my schedule at the weekend
8. Delay getting out of bed when I wake up
9. Getting distracted by reels when I've gone onto Facebook to check on a friend
10. Spending more time thinking about why I am procrastinating about a task instead of doing it
11. Thinking about what people think about me rather than what service and value I can bring to them
