    1. Efficient Exercise

    Many people spend way to much time in the gym or working out. Pick the few compound exercises that train multiple muscle groups ( deadlift, kettlebell swings) or train both lower and upper body in the same session with a HIIT workout. You will be in just as good shape and save a lot of time especially when you consider traveling/showering along with your workout.

    2. Easy Diet

    Why do people eat junk food? Simply put it’s because they have the cookies, bread, or any other mouth watering snack in their hands.

    So do your best to eliminate access to the junk food where you spend 80% of your time.

    -Don’t buy junk food when grocery shopping

    -Plan dates at restaurants with healthy choices

    -Hang out with fit friends

    Sleep or a lack of it can have many positive or negative effects on all aspects of health, therefore it must be a priority. Here are the easiest ways to improve sleep.

    -Get sunlight early

    -Exercise Hard

    -No Caffeine after 12pm

    -No alcohol after 4pm

    -No phone/tv/blue light before bed
