Work expands to fill the time available for its completion. Set a deadline and stick to it.
4. Illich's law
"Beyond a certain threshold, human efficiency decreases, even becoming negative.” Take breaks, naps, and work in 60-90 minutes blocks.
5. Hofstadter’s Law
"It always takes longer than expected”. My rule of thumb is to always Increase the scheduled time by 50%.
