A few business ideas.
1. Tinder for jobs
You imput skills you have from a set list (diffrent skill lists depending on jobs).
Companies input what they're looking for then offer a short detail of what they're looking for (phones screen worth of text. Small and simple is the aim, as jobs are so easy to apply for, making reading /swiping simple is key).
Candadits can add a brief cv (similar in length) on top of their skills.
The app matches you based on skills /similar skills. You then both swipe away. Once matched you can ask for cv/interviews.
I was sick of writing cover letters for each job, filling out hour long surveys and spending days handing in cvs only to get no response. It's depressing. I hope this app makes that part (finding if you're skills even match the job) easier.
I know websites try this, but I feel they've overcomplicated it.
