    1. Darkness, much like fear, is not an intrinsic existence but rather a perceived absence.

Just as darkness is the absence of light, fear is the absence of love and understanding in our lives.

    2. The nature of darkness.

Imagine a room plunged into complete darkness. It seems daunting, even terrifying, until a single spark of light pierces through, dispelling the darkness. This metaphor beautifully illustrates the idea that darkness itself does not possess substance; rather, it is the result of the absence of light. In the same vein, darkness in our lives manifests as fear, anxiety, and uncertainty.

    3. But is fear a tangible reality, or is it simply the void left by the absence of love and understanding?

Fear is a lack of love.
Fear is not an entity in itself but a symptom of the absence of love and compassion. Just as darkness flees in the presence of light, fear dissipates when love and understanding illuminate our hearts and minds.
Instead of dwelling on the darkness, we can choose to nurture the light within us.
