Advice on asking a girl out on a date.

When the boys love you, the girls will follow. Get on we'll with her mates and lead the group, before long you'll be seen as the leader and you're odds of getting a yes increase dramatically. 

Organise events for everyone. This way you don't need to be the strongest, smartest ect. Yet you're still the one everyone looks to when it comes to having fun. 

Take the lass out on one of these events and have your boys big you up. 

When are you free? Great let's do X. 

If you get a no, give her space, improve yourself then try again in the future. 

Give her plenty of opertunities to brag (photos/posts/videos ect). I read in outliers that when we say something we are more likely to believe it's true (even if it's not). Get her to say how much fun she has when with you and a second date will be far more likely.
