Host a walking tour of a city where you visit popular landmarks, discuss their history, and perhaps take photos of your guests that they can share on their social media accounts and with their friends. In big cities like NYC, London, etc, there will probably be a crowded field with many walking tours. The challenge would be to figure out how your walking tour stands out from the crowd.

If you listen to the news like most people (I don't recommend it), it can seem like the world is going to hell and stress/anxiety can be an issue. Meditation has become very popular and likely would see demand.

If you're a musician, or if you know of several musicians, you could get paying guests through AirBnB's experience platform. I booked one when I was in Paris and it was a wonderful experience.
