3. When our minds are not actively engaged in aligning with the truth it creates space for the ego to gain influence.
4. An idle mind is susceptible to negative thoughts, grievances, and harmful behaviors.
5. We can actively choose to align our minds with the Voice of Love, forgiveness, and guidance.
