"And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. (54 sec)

Preview

Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell." (Matthew 10:28)

    1. Fear not the physical.

The body and its destruction (physical death) are illusions of the ego. The true self, the soul, is eternal and cannot be harmed.

    2. Fear the ego.

"Hell" is the ego's state of separation from Love, characterized by fear, judgment, and suffering. This is what we truly fear.

    3. Don't be afraid of physical threats.

Physical threats only affect the temporary body. Focus on overcoming the ego's illusions and aligning with your true, eternal Self.
Jesus is advising us to not be fearful about perceived worldly dangers but to instead focus on aligning our mind with the love of God, as this is what's real and eternal.
