As You Wish
1. All that matters is, - "will this make you happy?"
You know the rest.
2. No one sees your "past" but you.
Where's the past?
Can you pack the past in a suitcase and ship it?
Can you take the past to dinner?
Can the past be washed off during a shower?
Can the past be passed to someone else?
Nobody sees the past. There is no past.
You suffer now with a made-up past.
3. It's not what I wish for, it's what you wish for.
It's not what I wish for you that happens. It's what you wish for yourself that happens.
And you get what you wish for most earnestly.
The stuff you pay attention to the most is what keeps showing up.
No need to dwell on the past. It doesn't serve your present moment needs.
