"Pollyanna and the Glad Game" by Eleanor Parker (also a Disney movie). I read the book when I was very young and I could not find any way of applying the principles of the game to my life back then. Throughout the years, however, I realised that unconsciously I was practicing the game and indeed it helped me a great deal. This lists outlines the areas of my life that gained any sort of benefit from this.
No longer I am getting upset or unhappy about all the crappy things taking place around me!
2. Personal life
I try (still practicing) to feel happy (and blessed) with what I have and do not get upset by not having things that I used to think I should have by now. I also try to see the positive of various negative situations.
This is a very important part of my life and I believe that even though it's not progressing as quickly asI would have liked it's still making gradual progress which is more than I could have asked for!
