Benefits of Pilates
I started doing the following workout five days a week:
1. It is free
I only need some space and a yoga mat
2. After a week, I feel physically stronger
I also do 20 push-ups a day
3. I don't need to drive to a gym
4. It is good for blood circulation
5. Better posture
6. Completing it feels like an accomplishment
7. It makes a lot of sense
