1. We experience a puzzling division within ourselves.
One part, the egoic mind, is unstable, easily violated, and prone to chaos. This "John Doe" character, as we can call it, is a collection of beliefs, ideas, and experiences that create a subjective and fearful worldview.
2. The ego's thoughts and opinions hold no weight when it comes to truth.
It believes in separation from God, a limited physical existence, and a world of illusion (the Matrix). These are the very things that keep us trapped in a cycle of fear and insecurity.
3. However, there's another side to the puzzle.
Within this "John Doe" lies a deeper essence, untouched by the ego's anxieties. This is the Holy Mind, Spirit, or the Mind of God.
4. This Mind is pure awareness, the ever-present "Now," the unchanging reality.
It is one with Love, with God, and exists outside of time. Spirit cannot be harmed, violated, or controlled. It has no form, desires, or needs – it simply "is."
5. This part of us is the real "John Doe." It's the eternal essence connected to God.
Recognizing this deeper reality is the only way to escape from the Matrix.
