Bitesized Advice

Easy to do. The results may surprise you.

    1. Make your bed.

    I can't explain it but it changes mindset. At least for me.

    2. Go to bed 30 minutes earlier

    3. You’ll always make time for what’s important.

    The hard part is changing the order of importance.

    4. Take the all the time you HAVE to make a decision. Then act.

    P.S. The amount of time you have will always feel like less than what you need.

    5. A good plan now is better than the perfect plan never.

    6. The serenity prayer. It’s not just for recovery.

    Paraphrased as:

    Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

    The courage to change the things I can,

    And the wisdom to know the difference.

    7. I’m throwing you into the deep end of the pool…

    ... BUT I won't let you down.
