Bitesized Advice

    1. it is better to regret something you have done than to regret something you have not done

    2. Mistakes are opportunities to learn: make as many as you can

    3. You overestimate what you can do in a year but underestimate what you can do in 10 years

    4. Read a lot of books. You will start to see the world in a richer, more nuanced way.

    5. Become "someone who does not complain"

    This is good for you own head and removed many perceived obstacles from your life

    6. From a boss/spouse/co-worker, if they ask you to do something (legal/ethical/reasonable), just do it instead of arguing about it. It usually takes less time to do it.

    7. Start learning how to use AI in your daily life

    If you are on the internet, it is already being used against you.

    8. Move outside every day (walk, run, bike)

    9. Eat less and less often

    "3 meals a day" is unnecessary. A "meal" can be an apple and yogurt. You will have more energy. If you need to, you will end up losing weight.

    10. Practice good sleep habits.

    No screens before bed, phone in another room. go to bed at the same time every night. If you snore get a CPAP. Measure and track your sleep with an Apple watch or similar device.
