Today I was pondering, "Tell me the problems that stress you out, and I will tell you the size of your life." from Darren Hardy.
Then I remembered, "You are paid in direct proportion to the difficulty of the problems you solve." --Elon Musk
Then it got me thinking about what we can do to acknowledge what stresses us and how to raise our stressing breaking point to achieve more.
I thought about areas that I would not want to be stressed about. Airbnb, for example, faces many lawsuits. Meta (Facebook)' Sheryl dealing with issues like fake news can be stressful. I am probably not cut out to deal with such stressors. But stress from trying to build products that help companies be innovative and digital is worth it.
If you have to be stressed, then be stressed about the right problems.
We need to raise the level of what stresses us. We need to raise our stress breaking point.
And to do that, we start by not stressing about small things ;)
