ways i set myself up to experience more of that flowy feeling that all of Life is connected (and i'm part of it).

    i swear that my daily hour of meditation is changing the way that i perceive time and my day-to-day life. yesterday, i was slicing a lemon to squeeze into soup and i was SO taken with the scent of the lemon that i stood there just breathing in its scent for what must've been nearly two full minutes. doesn't seem like a big deal but that moment felt SO full and lush.
