Inspired by a Thread from fluent.in.finance. I don't follow this guy but the algo shows me all his posts. He had a check list that included investing in yourself and a few other things. I replied as follows.

1. Begin doing things for your future self even if you don't fully understand why.

2. Eat right

3. Lift weights

4. Create your own optionality

5. Save money

6. Learn how to roll with the punches
