How could I improve this place?
1. Podcasts in background
It's currently silent. I'm listening to podcasts with headphones. If everyone could listen to an informed podcast I think it would be nice. It'd also give staff something to listen to that also helps them grow. 2. Library
A small library that customers can read. You could also encourage customers to bring books. This allows them another reason to stay for longer.3. Meet up
Have an event where you can meet up and chat with others. Help eachother with projects. Starting point for events. Make it into a pub for sober people.4. Live music
I'm expanding the pub idea. Would people enjoy drinking coffee whilst listening to a band?5. Comedy
If music doesn't work how about some comedy?6. Anime with subtitles
Lot's of places play sports, some news, fewer play movies but nowhere plays anime. You'll bring in a new crowd of people. If that's not the crowd you want find a genera and play that. Or have different generas each day.
Noone watches TV together nowadays, this will allow us to go back to the good old days and watch shows with everyone.
7. Quiz
Who doesn't enjoy a quiz?8. Training
Everyone is on their laptops what if training for different software was giving that will bring in even more people wanting to work in peace.
