Dealing With the Negative Voice In Your Head

    1. Just start and build momentum

    2. Take a break and clean your surroundings

    3. Do some exercise, run or simply pushups to distract from the negativity

    4. Write down any thoughts you have with the negativity and try to see where it is coming from

    5. Call your friend and talk about it

    6. Search in internet on how people have dealt in those situation

    7. See some inspiring videos. It would be good to have the list of such videos beforehand

    8. Prepare a plan on what you could do and perform the easiest task

    9. Take a shower and flush those negativity

    10. Maintain a list of those tiny achievements and review those.
