Early Sunday Morning Mini-Workout
On off days from a full workout, I will do a very short workout that is less about resistance training and more about high intensity interval training. Usually these are 10-15 minute routines. We recently got some new equipment donated to add to what we have. You have time to workout.

4. Dumbbell thrusters
New to me. Hold the dumbbells by your face like you're going to press them up over head but first do a squat with that weight, then when you complete the squat, press the weight over your head and repeat.
