Favorite strange foods I've eaten (and you should try)
I like trying foods from different cultures (and learning how to cook my favorite ones). Here are my favorites in no particular order. If you haven't tried any of these, I highly recommend trying them. I regularly cook many of these dishes for my kids and they love them too.

1. Pidan Doufu
Silky soft tofu with "thousand-year old eggs"
2. Lomo Saltado
Steak stir-fry on a bed of french fries with rice
3. Qabili Pulao
Rice and stewed meat topped with sweet carrots and raisins. I particularly like the Afghan version.
4. Hawaiian Pizza
Pizza topped with pineapple and bacon
5. Goulash
Meat and vegetables stewed with lots of paprika and other spices
6. Jerk Pork
I like cooking Jerk-seasoned pork loin and serving it with rice and Pickapeppa sauce.
7. Chicken Biryani
Rice and chicken with lots of spices
8. Ghana Peanut Soup
Soup made primarily from chicken, peanut butter, and broth. Doesn't sound too good, but it's great.
9. Thai Boat Noodle Soup
My favorite Thai "street food"
10. Momos
Nepalese steamed dumplings
