First impressions of Berlin

I'm in Berlin for a couple of weeks figuring out if I may live here

1. The city is lousy with barbershops

2. There are also a lot of camper vans

3. Beer is cheaper than water

4. The are 5 or more different scooter/ebike rental companies competing all over the streets

5. Is like San Francisco 20 years ago

6. There are garbage cans and portable toilets everywhere

I wish they had this in American cities! I think it would cut down on a lot of the trash

7. Graffiti everywhere, and a lot of it is really good

8. No free water, chips, or bread at your table

They don't seem to drink water much. 

9. Ordering food at a restaurant is a bit confusing

I'm not sure if you flag them down or wait; I think you give them the tip directly, not leave it on the table, but I'm not sure

10. Pretty much everyone speaks at least a little English
