Five of My Favorite Dutch Towns

I am Dutch. Here are five of my favorite towns in the Netherlands!

1. Rotterdam

My favorite city in the Netherlands by far—Rotterdam is super dynamic and has a ton of cool places.

Maastricht is close to Belgium and definitely has some French influences—in architecture and otherwise.

3. Leiden

Leiden is a gorgeous city. I especially like its canel belt and its rich history.

4. Scheveningen

Scheveningen is famous for its beach, which draws a lot of tourists and Dutch people alike, especially in Summer. My thoughts always become clearer when I visit.

Delft is quite similar to Leiden and really cozy. I should visit more often!
