1. Forgiveness doesn't have to be a difficult thing or a long process.
2. It is difficult as much as we are resistant to it.
3. When you find yourself in a pickle immediately ask the Holy Spirit, "Please Help Me."
4. It works very well.
5. Don't make up another story to replace the one you had.
6. Listen for the Holy Spirit's answer, it will no doubt be vastly different from the one you made up.
