Gratitude: Canadian Thanksgiving

I'm still hopeful that we can find peace in our time, and that human beings can find non-violent means to resolve conflict.

I'm grateful I was able to fly to Toronto for the weekend and see my mother.

I ate well.

I can take the physical safety of myself and my loved ones (nearly) for granted.

Much as I like peace and quiet, a family man is never lonely.
