    1. Why do so many people wake up and do what they don't want to do?

Is this freedom or a self-imposed prison?

    2. Egoic conditioning.

We wake up and do what we don't want to do because we have been conditioned by the ego. The ego creates a false sense of identity and attaches us to roles, responsibilities, and societal expectations. We follow these patterns out of fear, seeking approval and avoiding discomfort.

    3. Self-imposed prisons.

It's a self-imposed prison because it confines us to a limited and unsatisfying existence. We become slaves to external demands and lose touch with our true desires and inner guidance. We voluntarily lock ourselves into a cell of conformity and fear.

    4. Freedom through awareness.

True freedom comes from recognizing the ego's influence and choosing to align with the Holy Spirit's guidance instead. When we become aware of our ego-driven actions and questioning their validity, we break free from our self-imposed prisons into a life guided by love, purpose, and authentic self-expression.
