Guided Journal For Seniors In Cognitive Decline
I'm seeing my mother start to decline and I'm sick of solutions that involve technology she can't use. So I had teh idea to go analog.
1. Meal Tracking
Seniors forget to eat. If they are livling independently, they can record what they ate, thenloved ones, care givers and health practioners could have a better idea of their nutrition.
2. Medication tracking
Ideally every journal would have the meds pre-printed on each day's page so they could simply tick a box when it's taken.
3. Exercise Log
Did they get out for a walk today?
4. Notes space
5. Gratitude Space
6. Appointments
7. Weather tracker
to correlate with exercise
8. Sleep Log
9. Means to upload
Rocketbooks have a dedicated QR code on each page that enables upload to a cloud service with a single click. That way loved ones could have access to the information about their daily progress.
