7. Don't forget to be proud of the good things you did in 2022

8. Don't forget about the other kind of achievements: relationships, kindness, health, Mario Kart, ...

9. Don't make resolutions that don't fit who you are

Better yet, forget about resolutions altogether.

10. Be Optimistic

Who cares whether or not it makes sense, it beats pessimism. I'm sure you can find a way to make this work with your whole Stoic shenanigans and negative visuaization.
