I have the Marq Aviator which is a treasure trove of data to obsess over. I like the Body Battery function. I think I would get the Fenix 7 or the new hybrid Instinct if I had to get a replacement.

Might be overkill but the sleep data appears to be more accurate than what the Garmin watch reports. I like the recovery and rest recommendations in the app.

Great workout app for strength training.

The app compiles the data and trends well.
5. Strava app
Healthy competition, discover good cycling loops.
6. Garmin HR chest strap
Better data capture for running. More accurate heart rate than the watch.
7. Taxc Neo 2T
As close to riding outdoors as you can get. Pairs well with Zwift.
Virtual rides around the world. Ride with people or download your workout.
9. Garmin Vector 3 pedals
Power output is key for training on the bike. These are easy to swap to other bikes.
