How can we create peace between Russia and NATO?

Some ideas will directly conflict with others

1. Remove Putin from Power

2. Concede Crimea, all of the Donbas, Kharkiv, and a corridor between the Donbas and Crimea (Mariupol)

3. Build a figurative Wall of Steel

Russia will have more NATO partners directly on their borders. It must be impossible for Russia to think they could achieve Victory by attacking

4. Diplomacy

NATO and Russia have existed mostly in a time of peace. Engage leaders on both sides who wish to return

5. Mutual benefit

Although it appears sanctions did not prevent or stop aggression there are things Russia wants or needs. Trade that. Yes. It does sound like extortion.

6. Retake the Donbas and Crimea.

By removing Russian operators from this territory, the lines become much more clear over who is the aggressor.

7. Reset the clock

Return all units, governing bodies, etc to Jan 2022 status. We now know Russian aggression won’t work so another path will be chosen

8. Disband NATO

9. Ukraine join NATO after current conflict

If you don’t. The prize remains in reach.

10. Find another way for Putin to save face.
