How do you prepare for tough and unexpected questions?

    1. Be Confident: No matter what the question is, act like you know the answer. This will give you the confidence you need to come up with a response, even if it's not the correct one.

    2. Know Your Stuff: Before going into an interview, make sure you are familiar with all aspects of your topic. This way, if you are asked a tough question, you will at least have some knowledge to fall back on.

    3. Try to Anticipate Questions: One way to prepare for tough questions is to try and anticipate what they might be ahead of time. This way, you can at least have a general idea of how to answer them.

    4. Don't Get rattled: If you do get asked a tough question, don't let it rattle you. Remain calm and collected, and take your time before responding.

    5. Practice: Perhaps the best way to prepare for tough questions is to practice answering them beforehand. Find someone who can ask you difficult questions, and role-play until you feel confident in your responses.
