How To Achieve One Year Plan in 1 Month
This needs insane courage, delegation, clarity, focus, and, more importantly, drive.
“How can you achieve your 10 year plan in the next 6 months?” — Peter Thiel
I am currently doing this. There are many things I wanted to do in 2022 but did not have time for. Things that are important but urgent matters at work took more time.
Examples are publishing X articles, building expenses and investment sheets, etc.

1. Make a list of all the things you wanted to do
2. Remove those that are not aligned with your goals in 2023 or your future self
3. 20/80 - Identify the activities that give you most leverage
4. Delegate the rest
I am using virtual assistants to help me with activities that are important but that someone else can do better.
5. The WHO
Sometimes the fastest way to get things done is to hire the right coach. If I hire an editor, the quality of my writing will improve quickly
6. Delegate some more
I realized I was holding on to things because I wanted to do them myself. I needed to let go and trust someone else to do it.
7. Constraints
Time, energy, space, etc. are constraints to help us focus on the important. I am using both time and space constraints to get things done.
