How to decide what to do with my life
@goalsetting can be daunting when you’ve lost your sense of purpose
1. Notice what things other people ask you to do
Do people ask you to write for them? Draw? Or help them think through a problem?
2. List 3 activities that make you feel fulfilled when you do them
In the 1990’s book by Cheryl Richardson “Take Time for Your Life,” she suggests taking inventory of what’s draining you.
3. Ask: will this activity earn income?
Having fun playing online games feels good, but unless you’re the creator or owner, you’re likely paying money to enrich someone else’s life rather than your own.
