3. No electronics after a certain time (9pm, etc.) Includes waking up in middle of night.
4. No electronics if wake up in middle of night. Instead of electronics, try yoga, meditation, deep breathing, reading a book, creating a brain dump list.
5. Create zero light environment to sleep.
6. Create a bed time routine to prep your body for bed. Some ideas: hot bath, yoga, brain dump on paper, meditation.
7. Absolutely zero social media or internet after a certain time. It is endless and gets the brain going.
8. Turn on blue light blocker if on electronics 2 hours before bed.
