How to Have a Growth Mindset
People with a growth mindset define success as growth and improvement. They work hard due to passion for learning and excellence. They end up winning as a by-product and often achieve the seemingly impossible. In contrast, people with a fixed mindset define success as being mistake-free, smart, or right. They work hard to win specific success symbols. They may achieve early success, but can't maintain it or breakthrough to the next level.
